(So named because this is where I discuss all bicycles OTHER than
my 20" freestyle bike... that's my "little" bike, a
term I despise...)
Yeah, I like bikes--ALL bikes. Little bikes, big bikes, squishy
bikes, stiff bikes, bikes with gears, bikes without gears, bike
with knobby tires, bikes with slick tires, even bikes that fit into
suitcases. I have a nearly 30-year obsession with bikes--I can be
found struggling against gravity in an empty parking lot on my freestyle,
deep in the back country on my mountain bike, suffering in a cyclocross
race, or logging miles with a loaded trailer on my way to some exotic
location (like Beverly).
Anyway, I'm not really sure what I should put on this page. When
I originally started this site, I had "Mountain Bikes"
in left navigation menu, but the page was blank for years (my poor
neglected Web site). As I mentioned on other pages, updating this
site with HTML is much more time consuming than updating my blog.
Maybe I'll just post some links that pertain to mountain biking,
road biking, cyclocross and bike touring on this page, and I'll
let you click where you'd like. In fact, that's EXACTLY what I'm
going to do.
